hey, I'M INNA!

I’m a serial entrepreneur and growth strategist with a background in marketing and over a decade of experience in digital growth. Before building Her Circle, I led marketing teams, worked across international markets, and helped grow globally recognised brands. That experience showed me how trust, visibility, positioning, and the right relationships shape business momentum — and how differently growth works from one market to another.

I created Her Circle because too many capable women in Dubai still lacked the right space: one that is curated, credible, and built for women founders to be seen, challenged, supported, and connected in ways that move both the founder and the business forward.
